What exactly is included in the price — and will there be surprise charges?
Our packages are all-inclusive of food, prep, and on-site cooking where applicable. If your event requires rentals (tables, linens, AV, etc.), those are coordinated through our trusted vendor network and quoted separately — upfront, before you commit. No surprises on your final invoice.
📋 Booking & Flexibility
What happens if my guest count changes after I book?
Life happens — we get it. Final guest counts can be adjusted up to 1 week before your event. We build menus to scale, and any pricing changes are communicated clearly before your event date. Just reach out as soon as you know.
How far in advance do I need to book?
For events over 50 guests, we recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance. Peak seasons (spring, summer, and holidays) fill up fast. A deposit holds your date — the sooner you reach out, the better!

Can I trust the food quality if I haven’t tasted it first?

It’s one of our most popular features — and guests love it! We bring professional-grade equipment including a 72-inch flat grill, Cantina Cart, and mobile double fryer. It’s a live, interactive cooking experience, not a disruption. We’ll discuss your venue layout during planning to make sure everything fits perfectly.
📦 Meal Prep Service
Am I locked into a subscription for meal prep?
Not at all. There are no subscriptions, no lock-ins, and no cancellation fees. Orders are placed weekly by Friday for Sunday or Monday delivery. Skip a week, pause anytime — you only pay for what you order.
